World of Warcraft Leveling Tips Exposed
WoW masters use many different tricks to level faster. In this article I will expose 2 WoW leveling tips that will help increase your leveling speed. The techniques I’m about to reveal are both fairly basic but do make a big difference.
1. Set your Inn/Hearth Location to Dalaran or Shattrath
When BC (Burning Crusade) was launched they added a cool addition. That addition was the portals in Shattrath city to all other major cities.
What this means is that by setting your Hearthstone to Shattrath or Dalaran you can get to other important cities by simply clicking on the portal of the place you want to go.
Unlike in Dalaran, there are no obvious inn’s in Shattrath that you can use to set as your Hearthstone. In Shattrath you can do it in one of two places:
1. Aldor Rise
2. Scryers Tier
If you ask a guard they will be able to tell you the general direction to the inn. If you press the “M” key you’ll also be able to see where they are. If you want you can take the lift up to where you want to head. Scryers Tier is due South while Aldors Rise is West.
Another little trick is that when you come to the lift to go down, you can jump right off and most of the time you won’t die (unless your character has poor health or body armor).
If you’re below level 74 then you won’t be able to open a portal, in this case you’ll need to talk to a Mage and get them to do it for you. You should find one in most cities without too much trouble – be prepared to give them a gold piece or 2 to do this for you.
2. Get a new in-game Leveling Add-on
A few different levelling add-ons have been released in the past 6 months. What they do is save you a heap of time by directing you exactly where you need to go. Questing is much faster as you never need to walk around aimlessly. These are a key addition for fast levelling.
If you want to level quickly and easily, I highly recommend you try one of these add-ons. For most people they double the speed of levelling.
